Hello there!
My name is Elisha and I am the creator and sole operator of Spring Fox Studios. I'm an artist and freelance illustrator with a love creating whimsical illustrations of mischievous critters and creatures, drawing from local folklore and culture within the Appalachian Mountains.
A little about me...
I grew up on a farm in rural West Virginia, spending a lot of my childhood running around in the woods, returning to my sketchbook to dream up fantastical worlds. I left the holler and earned my Bachelor of Fine Arts from West Virginia University in 2014. Since then I've built up a full decade of professional illustration experience, working with a variety of clients including local nonprofits, small businesses, and all sorts of creative individuals with a vision they were passionate about.
My favorite mediums to work with are colored pencil, watercolor, and digital mediums. When I'm not working on artwork, I enjoy gardening, spending time with my 3 cats (Maya, Kinsey, and Shyama), reading comics, and learning languages.
